Porsche Carrera 991 CLR 9 S 2012 Lumma Design Interior. With the CLR 9 S the sportscar tuner has gone one step further. A full leather interior – perfect down to the very last detail – that combines red leather and black alcantara. Through the targeted use of embossed carbon leather on the seats, LUMMA Design highlights the perfect craftsmanship of their interior design. The bi-color finish in leather and alcantara is flattering to the dashboard, sports steering wheel, roof, door panels, central console and the many other interior features.
It quickly becomes apparent that only the aluminum pedals and the white instrument panel contain no leather or alcantara. Door sill panels made of aluminum, with leather-trimmed velour mats and interior panels in embossed carbon leather round off the range of sophisticated accessories from LUMMA Design. These accessories are not only made from high-quality materials, but also fulfill useful functions. As such, the aluminum pedals are fitted with rubber studs, rendering them highly slip-resistant. An alcantara covering lends additional grip to the ergonomically designed sports steering wheel.

The overhanging fenders at the rear of the CLR 9 S are further emphasized by a three-part spoiler lip. The Porsche 911 Carrera is powered by a new 3.4-litre engine developing 350 hp, and the Carrera S features a 400 hp version of the familiar 3.8-litre. These new engines offer performance improvements for both models. The 3.4-litre Carrera with PDK accelerates from 0-62mph in 4.6 sec, 0.1 sec quicker than the prior model. Pressing the Sport Plus button on the optional Sport Chrono Pack cuts that to 4.4 sec. The 3.8-litre Carrera S with PDK can accelerate from 0- 62 mph in 4.3 sec (Sport Plus 4.1 sec), 0.2sec quicker than its predecessor.
